Malcolm Gladwell defined those who have reached extreme levels of success as "Outliers" and observed that success often requires more than high levels of intelligence and ambition. We want to find and help those individuals who have the potential to accomplish great things in business with the right financial support, business experience, and mentoring. Then, once they've achieved success, we hope that they return the favor to the next generation.
